I fly with Jaybird Because:

It’s the one place where I feel truly focused and connected to movement. The principle of moving in the dark - without comparison to others, and not focused on how you look but on how you feel is incredibly powerful.

My journey to jaybird:

I'm a Toronto-based movement facilitator and Naturopathic Medical Intern with a passion for blending clinical insight with mindful movement. I've been dancing since the age of three, and that lifelong connection to movement laid the foundation for my work in barre and Pilates. With a focus in sports medicine, I have a deep appreciation for body mechanics and anatomy; integrating holistic wellbeing and physical health.

What MiNdfulness Means to Me:

Finding alignment, being present and uncovering our blocks.

words to live by:

“No one’s got you the way you’ve got yourself.” In moments of doubt or anxiety, I remind myself of all the times I’ve shown up for me - trusting deeply that no matter the outcome, I’ll always take care of myself. Self trust is definitely what brought me to Jaybird!
