3 Words to Describe My Teaching Style:

Curious. Creative. Grounded.

My music style:

Nu Disco, Rock, Funky House, Dance/Electronic

I fly with Jaybird Because:

I fly with Jaybird because it invites me to be fully present, shed what holds me back, and move freely without judgment. It’s where I connect deeply with myself and others through joyful, mindful, and energetic movement. There’s no better rush than feeling your energy ignite and helping others feel their best.

My journey to jaybird:

Based in Vancouver, BC, Christina Sicoli is a certified Pilates instructor through the PhysicalMind Institute and Balanced Body Education (mat + reformer). Her movement journey began at age four in tap shoes—and she hasn’t stopped since—moving, that is. In addition to her versatile background in movement, Christina is an award-winning actress, character-driven comedienne, writer, creator, and visual artist. She draws on her rich experience in the performing arts to lead classes that blend playfulness, fun, creative expression, and safe, intentional movement. She values each individual’s uniqueness and continually explores how we shape ourselves in space. Christina champions curiosity over perfection, encouraging students to let go of expectations and embrace the process. She fosters a supportive space where challenge meets ease and mind connects with body. Grateful to join the flock and play on the mat, Christina never takes the ability to move—or lift others to their full potential—lightly. She has a deep love for music and curates playlists that move with you, designed to help you feel, connect, and let go.

What MiNdfulness Means to Me:

Mindfulness to me is being fully present and aware, embracing each moment with curiosity and kindness.

words to live by:

My grandmother always said, "A little dab will do ya." For me, that means in art and in life, sometimes the smallest effort, the tiniest spark, is all it takes to create something meaningful or make progress. It’s a reminder to trust the process—even the smallest strokes count.
