Birdie Bucks (aka Jaybird Rewards) is a points-based loyalty program where guests earn points through specific activities and redeem them for rewards in studio. Perks include: cold drinks, merch discounts, complimentary classes gift cards and more!

To complete a referral, open the Birdie Bucks Rewards page in your Jaybird app and tap ‘Refer Your Friends’ at the top. You’ll then be prompted to enter your friend’s email, or you can copy your unique link to share directly.
Please note: the new guest must use this unique link to purchase their Intro Offer for you to receive your referral points.

Yes, Birdie Bucks points expire 180 days after a guest last earns points. This typically happens if a guest has not taken a class or engaged in other point-earning activities within that timeframe.
