Jaybird has transformed the way I relate to my body and mind. The teachers are incredible, the community is supportive, and every class teaches you something new about yourself. At 42, I’m genuinely in the best shape of my life . The tag line says it all “Get out of your head and into your body”

My journey to jaybird:

I’ve been a facilitator for over four years, beginning my journey at Othership, where I fell in love with breathwork and sound as tools for healing and self-discovery. I create safe, calming spaces for inner exploration using breathwork, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice. I believe deeply in the power of sound and breath to reconnect us to our bodies, regulate the nervous system, and bring clarity and presence into our lives. Breathwork, to me, is a way of gently moving stagnant energy, emotions, memories, and experiences stored in the body, so we can soften, create space, and connect with what’s underneath.

What MiNdfulness Means to Me:

What mindfulness means to me: The ability to notice my thoughts without judgment, and to choose (again and again), to return to the present moment with compassion and curiosity.
