3 Words to Describe My Teaching Style:

Creative, musically-unique, intelligent

My music style:

Beatsy and emotional

I fly with Jaybird Because:

There’s no better feeling than moving in-line with the music, feeling strong in my body and empowered in a room full of like-minded people.

My journey to jaybird:

Cass' affinity for movement began early in her life when she was a competitive figure skater, and translated into a stabilizing pillar that she leaned on and eventually delved into teaching, first with yoga, and then into Pilates and Barre as well as spin over the past 8 years. After obtaining her 200hour YTT in Toronto, traveling to India to complete her 300hr YTT, completing both her Stott Pilates and Barre certifications and teaching in the Toronto community for 3 years, she moved abroad, teaching these modalities in the south of France, Edinburgh, Scotland, and London, England. While living in Edinburgh, she helped create the curriculum for, and lead two yoga teacher trainings and apprenticeship programs, and was part of the faculty for a third training. She is currently leading a teacher training in Toronto this spring.

Movement and human connection have been two driving forces in her life, and Cass is grateful for the ability to continue to introduce and reconnect those she meets on the mat with their own stabilizing force in their movement practice.

What MiNdfulness Means to Me:

Thinking beyond just the self to recognize everything surrounding

words to live by:

However vast the darkness we must supply our own light
