I fly with Jaybird Because:

Jaybird brings together all of my favourite elements of movement and mindfulness in one space. I love the freedom that comes with moving in the dark — it invites me to turn inward and focus on how everything feels, rather than how it looks. The heat brings energy and release, while the music adds rhythm, emotion, and connection as we move together as a class. Each element — the darkness, the heat, the music — creates such beautiful balance, making every class a full-body, full-heart experience.

My journey to jaybird:

I have completed my advanced 500+ hour yoga teacher training and have been teaching dance, Pilates, and yoga for over 10 years. Having trained as a dancer since the age of three, movement has always been the backbone of my life. In 2020, when Ariel approached me about teaching for Jaybird, I literally jumped at the opportunity — she was blending all of my favourite elements into one incredible concept! I immediately fell in love with the idea and have been a Jaybird fanatic ever since the Toronto studio opened. I believe movement is medicine for the soul, and my goal is to help you move in a way that feels good in your body so you can celebrate and enjoy it. Movement has the power to bring you into stillness, quiet the mind, and create a truly healing experience

Mindfulness is the permission to meet yourself exactly where you are at any given moment.
